Inspired by my work in therapy with Dr. Dan Siegel, I became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), living and working in Chapel Hill, NC. As a therapist, I blend my education, the most current research findings in the fields informing therapy, and the great hope instilled in me from my own experience of therapy and the power of the therapeutic bond.
